All orders over $70 will receive free shipping!

We do not offer refunds at this time. Please keep in mind that all products are freshly made from scratch once you place your order. If you receive an incorrect product, please email us a picture of what was sent and we will happily send out your correct order.

Because the quality and freshness of our products are important to us, all of our products are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped.

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address as we are unable to reroute an order once it has been processed and shipped.

If your package is returned, we can send it back out after the shipping cost has been paid.

If your package was lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been released and shipped from us, Kynd Organics is no longer responsible for it.
